Back a few weeks ago I asked about implementing a command line interface
using SMC1. I understand that I would setup a task to be waiting on a
semaphore when a command comes in. My question is does the code exist to
utilize this currently in ecos or would I need to modify the tty or the
powerpc quicc_serial driver to set the semaphore when it receives a carriage
return?
Is the tty driver layered on top of the powerpc quicc driver or is that
selectable?
Will this code be able to coexist with the GDB code communicating via the
SMC1 port?
