- Subject: CompactFlash Disk
I plan to add to my board (h8300h) a compactflash disk in IDE mode.
I would use redboot to lanch uclinux kernel ( uclinux kernel image would be
stored
in the compact flash and redboot would copy the kernel image in ram memory
and lanch it from ram memory).
But i have not found support IDE in any ecos package, only support for simple
flash device used as mapped memory. (intel 29Fxx and others..)
Could you say me if i'm in the true way or if flash disk support (IDE mode)
exist for redboot could you let me know?!!!
Thanks
