I see. Yeah, high-availability is definitely not a Sourceforge virtue.
They regularly bring the whole website down for maintenance. I doubt
it's really necessary.

But that said, I have to wonder why you are using a build process that
relies on fetching XSL stylesheets remotely each time you build.
