Create meta tags

Subject: DOCBOOK: Create meta tags

I've been searching the list but can't seem to find any real info on
this.

How do one set meta tags with docbook ?

I want the html file to contain : 

<meta name="description" content="blablablabla">

<meta name="keywords" content="bla,bla,bla,bla,etc">
