DOCBOOK schema and MSXML 4.0

Subject: DOCBOOK: DOCBOOK schema and MSXML 4.0

I'm having some trouble loading the DOCBOOK W3C schema with MSXML v 4.0
The error given by the parser is that "namespace cannot begin with xml"

Does a compatible schema exist, or is it possible to modify the original one
