So, the hierarchy is:
writing-mode (default ltr)
? Where does unicode-bidi fit in?
Unicode-bidi has values normal, embed, bidi-override.
Direction (values?)

So direction is restricted to inlines? ie ltr or rtl? not, block-progression-
