Arbortext is an end user word processing type tool that uses xml (in
general) as its underlying storage format. I believe that docbook is their
default DTD, though you can add additional fields to it, etc., and they
allow you to publish to different formats by applying XSLTs. They are at
www.arbortext.com.
At xyztechnologies, we are working on an add-in solution (not yet ready)
that will allow you to edit documents in Microsoft Word and then do a "save
as" docbook, then "publish as" different formats, which obviates the need
for another editor or IDE as you can just work in Word. We are at
www.xyztechnologies.com.
Thanks

Subject: DOCBOOK: DOCBOOK IDE??
Hello:
Exists any DocBook IDE to write documents and publish it to
different formats? I don't want an XML editor, I want a DocBook
specific solution. Windows preferred, please.
Regards.
