These are useful places for viewing the content of particular thesaurus
instances. However, they don't address the creation issue; though there
are many other web pages that deal with that topic.

I feel that the W3C's RDF initiative would be essential for tracking down
the location of thesaurus lists but is inappropriate for the markup of a
thesaurus itself.
