The RedHat Distribution of db2html does a reasonable job of translating
DocBook to HTML except it's a little brain dead. To do this manually:
* Copy the files from /usr/lib/sgml/stylesheets/nwalsh-modular/images to
wherever the HTML thinks
* Determine what icons you are referring to (are they callouts, tip
icons etc)
* Look for settings in /usr/lib/sgml/stylesheets/nwalsh-modular/print/
and [blah]/html and see whether it refers to "fancy" things
* Adjust dbparams.dsl (where you'll probably find the settings I'm
talking about) to say #t to "fancy"
For example, for fancy callouts make sure that fancy callouts is set as
true in [blah]/html/dbparam.dsl. Produce the document, and if the
callouts appear oddly, take a look at the HTML source and work out where
it thinks the image for 1.gif (or wotever) should be and make sure it IS
there.
