olinksum.dtd missing character entities

we just put &amp; in a title, and got:
 E: general entity "amp" not defined and no default entity
when the .olink was parsed

olinksum.dtd should probably include:

 <!ENTITY % dbcent PUBLIC
 "-//OASIS//ENTITIES DocBook Character Entities V3.1//EN">
 %dbcent;

and has anyone else noticed that image library support is completely
missing from print.dsl ?
