This turns out to be remarkably difficult to achieve, which is a
shame. Basically, you have to make sure that your definitions override
the definitions loaded in {html|print}/dbl1de.dsl. This basically
means you have to reproduce the whole {html|print}/docbook.dsl driver file,
making sure that the right values get loaded.
The attached files show how this might be done. These files work
if you install them in {place-where-you-put-the-stylesheets}/somedir.
(In other words, in a directory that is a sibling of html or print.)
You can put them anywhere you want if you change the appropriate
relative paths to reach the original files.
