DAVENPORT: XSL DocBook Stylesheets V0.03

[ I meant to send this last night. ]

I've released version 0.03 of my XSL DocBook Stylesheets.  An
abridged ChangeLog is below. Most interesting (though
undocumented) are the chunker (a perl script that I'll probably
someday implement in Java as part of a "dbxsl" processor) and
the template-based extension mechanism (run
templates/template.xsl over templates/template.xml and then
process your DocBook document with the result ;-)
