Whoops, please ignore my last post. This was *not* regarding the
official DocBook 3.1 DTD. I noticed that this *was* fixed in an old
RFE in the database on www.docbook.org.
My apologies, I got this error using Norm's website customization
layer for the DocBk XML V3.1.4 DTD.
I just downloaded the latest DocBk XML V3.1.6 DTD, but it doesn't seem
like `journal' has been added to the ATTLIST for citetitle as yet.
Here's the excerpt from `dbpoolx.mod':
