1. How do I stop links being underlined in the DVI version? There seem to
be problems with this anyway (the entire contents is underlined,
underlining sometimes runs to the edge of the page). Is this a bug in
JadeTeX?
2. JadeTeX often gives excessive space before the start of a list,
especially on loose pages.
3. Again in the DVI version, the indentation of second and subsequent
lines of table cell paragraphs is not the same as that of the first (by a
tiny amount). What's going on? The first line is fine, the second tends to
collide with the table rules.
4. Is it possible to avoid having headings directly before a page break
without fiddling with the TeX file (most inconvenient when it's
automatically generated)?
5. How can I change the teletypewriter font? I want it a bit more
condensed, for program listings, say 90% width as used by pslatex.
