Format error with new jadetex rpm

When processing a file that was fine with the old rpms, I now get the
following message,
db2dvi doc.sgml
Using stylesheet: "/usr/lib/sgml/stylesheets/cygnus-both.dsl"
OUTPUT FILE NAME IS doc.dvi
This is TeX, Version 3.14159 (Web2C 7.2)
(Fatal format file error; I'm stymied)
Html and rtf output are fine (after changing the DTD request at the top of
the file). Suggestions?
