Hi!
Yes, this seems to be a bug. The docbook.cat catalog references the
entity definition files wrongly (iso-amsa.ent instead of isoamsa.ent
etc).
However, the XML catalog file (catalog.xml) included in the
distribution contains the correct names. You can refer to this file
instead of docbook.cat in your CatalogManager.properties. Or even
better, you can use a nextCatalog statement inside your own catalog
file:
<nextCatalog catalog=".../docbook-xml-4.4/catalog.xml"/>
