Re: [docbook-apps] clickable links for pdf index entries


This appears to be a bug in FOP.  The FO output includes the link
information, and it works in XEP and Antenna House, but not FOP.  Perhaps it
worked in an earlier version of FOP?

I wonder when the new improved FOP is coming out?
