You can define a new page-master for your titlepages
and set its margins to whatever you like. See this

If you just want to control the position of a mediaobject
on your titlepage, you could instead customize the
titlepage spec file with something like this:
<mediaobject
text-align="left"
margin-left="-1.5in" />
