That's roughly what we use. You may also want to use <menuchoice/> to
include the full path through your tree. Then, you can customize the
stylesheet to generate the '/' between the various items along the path.
So, your example would become
<menuchoice><guimenu/><guisubmenu/><guimenuitem/></menuchoice>.
