Try adding ">errors.txt 2>&1" at the end of the command line. The
">errors.txt" redirects standard out to the file named 'errors.txt' and the
"2>&1" redirects standard error to standard out. I know that works on my
Win2K box; it might work on a Win9X.

I think the main problems were with PassiveTex, not FOP. 1.60.1 actually
fixes a lot of the error messages you were seeing regarding "[ERROR] Error
in column-width property value '33%': " There are still a few in 1.60.1,
but most of them will disappear.
