To the user that asked for pure semantic markup, I would consider that
a nice idea in principle, but I think there's also an imperative that
the stylesheets ship with as nice and general output as we can get.
Yes. Agreed Adam.
The way to get 'as nice output as we can'
is for Bob to provide a default stylesheet that works for 80% of the time? (just for the book you understand Bob?)
I fully agree with your ordering.... with the user being the highest priority.
