Thanks. I think I'll do without the title, then.

"title" wouldn't have been a good name for the ulink attribute anyway. 
What I had in mind was adding user-visible (as opposed to 
machine-visible) meta info to a link. Something ranging from a funny 
quip to "Home page of the author".
