This looks like an inconsistency in the titlepage
specification file for fo output fo/titlepage.templates.xml.
It has element list.of.tables' specifications that
differ from 'list.of.figures'. If you make those all
the same and regenerate the titlepage.templates.xsl
stylesheet file, they should all format the same. I'll fix it
in CVS.
