Thanks Norm .... and friends!

I've just caught up to date again (first time in months).

Now using xml catalog, Norms resolver, website, latest docbook xsl,
and I've built my xslt faq website, some 3 or 4 hundred files!
 Success!!

I think that uses the whole suite except for xbel :-)


I seem to recall Norm wrote website 2 to reduce build time :-)
With debug set to 1, the screen dump of the debug output took
about 7 minutes! On a reasonable process with enough memory :-)
