DOCBOOK-APPS: creating Japanese output from DocBook sources

Hi,

We're using DocBook for our English documentation, but will have to 
localize it for the Japanese market. We're using Epic for our print 
material, but Epic doesn't support creation of print in Japanese (they say 
it will be in a 'future release' but it's not something I can bank on).

So, I'm interested in finding out what tools folks are using with DocBook 
to generate Japanese printed and HTML output. Our customers are on both 
UNIX and Windows, so we need both EUC and SJIS.
