TOC/section numbering in DSSSL

Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: TOC/section numbering in DSSSL

In some languages the format for numbering parts, chapters, sections is like

#.#.# title, instead of
#.#.#. title

Where can I get rid of the last dot?
