fop.xsl 1.3 from CVS

Norm,
Downloaded the updated fo/fop.xsl and fo/docbook.xsl from the CVS. Nice
detail putting the book title on the same level as the chapters in the PDF
outline, and glad you added the space between the number and
chapter/sections.
However, there is still a small bug, that I also noticed earlier.
<chapter><title>Lord of the Rings</title> is presented corrrect in the
outline,
<chapter><title>Lord of the
Rings</title>
is not. It looks as if whitespace isn't removed before the <fox:label>
element is generated.
