I had major problems with one such tool: FrameMaker+SGML 6.0. Even if
released not too long ago, the SGML stuff is from the "stone ages". All I
managed was to convince it to read DocBook 3.1 (SGML) with a particular SGML
declaration. Adobe still shipps it with a 2.x DocBook DTD.

But FramerMaker has one particular feature: good cross-reference (<XREF>)
handling. Down side: it uses PIs for linking (<LINK>).
