Hi Everybody!
This no question and also no answer. During the next days the CD's of
the next release of our product will be burned. During the past weeeks
I've done a lot of work to convert our user guide from proprietary
formats to DocBook and used the tools and stylesheets for
processing them.
Actually we came much further as we thought the we can do for the
first step. XML and DocBook are now widely accepted by our authors
(thanks to XMetal ;-) and we are much more flexible for creating
localized versions of the books and presenting them in different
formats.
I've fired up a lot of questions to this list recently and got
almost very good answers that helped me. So I want to send my
thanks to all of you who made my life much easyer than it was
before.
