Please include the crossgcc mailing list when asking for help with
crosstool-NG. (see the CC)

As for the issue you are reporting, it should be fixed in the git repository.
I need to cut a 1.22.1 release, so please test a build from git and report back:
http://crosstool-ng.org/start#using_the_latest_development_stuff
