Failing on a patch for OSX

Hello Everyone
been try to build a dropbear for arm and started working with the newer tools. 
right now I get  a fail to patch error when building the tool chain
Can anyone send me a dropbear for arm?
or else help me figure out the error in creating the tool chain.
