I don't know for sure, but:

- cloog-parma has not been updated in about a year:
    http://repo.or.cz/w/cloog-parma.git

- cloog-ppl has not been updated in the last 8 months:
    http://repo.or.cz/w/cloog-ppl.git

- gcc-4.6 onward seem to be able to use plain cloog (not ppl, not parma):
    http://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html
    --> CLooG-PPL version 0.15 or CLooG 0.16

- cloog 0.17.0 has been out for two days now ( Woohoo! :-] )
