Link tests are not allowed after GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES

Tried to build gcc 4.5.1 for powerpc-uclibc using the latest crosstool-ng with 
libgomp disabled.  When I look at the config.log for libstdc++-v3 the only place 
I see an error is:
