For what features binutils uses GMP and MPFR ? The only obvious clue I
can find is in commit c324ef04. Not a single *code* dependency to
these libraries. Moreover binutils ./configure has also a check for
ppl and cloog-ppl, and still no code dependency (and you don't either
add them as a dependency).
