As Thomas pointed out, I would be glad if someone ( you? :-) ) would submit patches to support another architecture! Basically, crosstool-NG started as a fork of (the original) crosstool; over time it grew many enhacements. Unfortunately, lacking the appropriate hardware (and time!)
