Too bad :( I can at least try, but both my knowledge in this field and my 
time are quite limited... Basically I'm just trying to get a substitute 
for the gcc suite on the Alpha workstations I have access to because the 
installed g++ compiler there won't compile my code due to some 
misconfiguration (I think)...

How do I have to start to add support for other systems?
