Looking for reviewers/suggestions for next crosstool

I've suggested several in messages to the list in the last couple of months.

What's the right process for submitting patches to make sure they get "into the queue" for the next
release?

Subject: Looking for reviewers/suggestions for next crosstool

Hi all,
we're slowly getting ready to release the next crosstool.
The changes will include:
Khem Raj's patch to add glibc-2.4 support,
Dongmin Zhang's patch to get around a gcc-4.3 configury problem,
and a few minor other things. Anyone want to review the
patches before we commit them to the svn repository?
Or nominate other patches for inclusion?
- Dan
