Hello, I have an HP thinclieint, Model t5125. It utilizes a Via Eden 800MHz CPU. It runs a customized Linux install with a 2.4.25 kernel, built with glibc 2.3.2 and gcc 3.3.2. I am attempting to compile a 2.4 module for a USB wifi adapter (above mentioned configuration). I have succesfully compiled the module on my host system with a 2.6 kernel, but have been unsuccessful in compiling a crosstool compiler for the 2.4 kernel. My host system is an Ubuntu 6.06 Server installed on a Pentium 4. Any guidance provided is greatly appreciated. Am I correct in assuming, I should use gcc 3.3.6 instead of 3.3.2? Should I use demo-i686 with glibc 2.3.2 and gcc 3.3.6? Thank you, Adam Rosin -- For unsubscribe information see http://sourceware.org/lists.html#faq
