Does anybody think the extra "=" is a problem?
it may not be have a look at the real options that are being passed to glibc configure. It might be that --enable-add-ons${GLIBC_ADDON_OPTIONS}
is used in that case it will be correct.
This was with crosstool 0.42.

Also, does this mean that libpthread is using linux native
thread support (i.e. each thread is assigned a PID instead
of a thread id as in NPTL)?
that sounds more like linuxthreads
