[PATCH] Updated NPTL toolchain patch...

Wow.

I never succeeded in building an ntpl-enabled toolchain from scratch. I
ended up building a linuxthreads toolchain first, and using that to generate
an nptl-enabled one. And even that didn't work due to unwind troubles in
gcc-3.4 (libeh etc).

Seeing how much trouble you went through, I can understand why I gave up.

Nice work, will try it out when I have some time (later this week probably).

btw I noticed (what I believe is) a typo in the comments:

> #---------------------------------------------------------
> -echo "Build gcc-core (just enough to build glibc)"
> +echo "Build gcc-core w/o shared libgcc (just enough to build glibc
> starfiles)"

You're referring to starTfiles here?
