crosstool-0.28-rc37 ... ./demo-mipsel.sh ... Compile Errors

Hello All,
I am getting an error when I use the crosstool-0.28-rc37 and run the
command ./demo-mipsel.sh. Can you provide me some pointers to resolve
these compile errors.

Thanks,
-Terry
