Re: crosstool-0.27: builduserland fails: arm-linux-gcc not found;I have arm-arm9-linux-gnu-gcc

(Just curious, why are you using --builduserland?

I need a minimal user environment and filesystem on the target (like coreutils and a little more) but not a full OS. Is there a better way? Like a cross-LFS (linux from scratch)?

ptxdist is good. It's better than LFS, in my opinion; it's more automated and much simpler.

If the little ptxdist I bundle with crosstool doesn't
quite have what you want, go have a look at http://ptxdist.sf.net
for the up-to-date version. You can use its scripts/settoolchain.sh
script to tell it about your crosstool toolchain.
