 Only a paranoidic sanity check...
 
 Please tell that you are not trying to make a replicate to this
probably Linux-hosted toolchain onto the Windoze host!  If so,
where is all the sanity in your from scratch 'steps' ?  And why
you then got into your mind to try to rebuild the already built
glibc (in the original toolchain) ?
