You don't need any of the msys stuff (that is a shell for
running configure on windows).

I think you would need the current version of

gcc-src,
mingw-runtime,
windows-api,
binutils

To produce a working compiler...

But I have never done it myself...
There are pre-built binaries available (see the links above).
