Rebuilding dbug for a M5272C3

Subject: Rebuilding dbug for a M5272C3

Greetings all,

I've just received a new 5272 eval board, but alas whomever had it before me
blew away dbug.

1. I grabbed the sources and make file from:
 http://e-www.motorola.com/collateral/DBUGFIRM.html#obtaining

2. I grabbed gcc from:
http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/m68k-elf-tools/  <<great job this was
PAINLESS

3. The Mot makefile is for some non-linux platform (perhaps Solaris) and is
filled with hard paths that aren't friendly for the nice setup in step 2
above...

Has anyone put together a proper makefile for the -C3 before I rip into
this?
