ARM compilation problem

Subject: ARM compilation problem
Organization: Multi-Tech Software Systems

    I am trying to compile gcc for arm-coff
    while compiling the libgcc2.c  I am getting
    and error
            stdlib.h : No such file or directory
            unistd.h: No such file or directory

    I have both the files in my /usr/include directory

    Can any one help in fixing this problem ?
