Ethernet/BDM/RSP support for gdb?

Guys:

Is anyone aware of an ethernet-BDM bridge for CPU32 targets that is
supported by gdb?

I am aware of only one such device, bdi2000 by Abatron. This product
uses the Remote Serial Protocol on the gdb/ethernet side, and ties to
BDMs for CPU32 and MPC, and JTAG for ARM on the target side. It's
>$2k each, however, which is a bit above my budget for my current
project.

Suggestions?
