cygnus tree related problems

Hi,
Where do I post the cygnus tree related problems?
I am using cygnus tree and the configure script from top level src of this
cygnus tree.
The sources are completely from CVS repositories of cygnus.
I found gcc version as 3.1 (experimental)
Can I combine any released gcc version with the cygnus tree?
