(tm) Just the headers will do; use the option --with-headers=/path/to/Tornado/target/h when doing the configure command for your cross compiler. Jose, for more info about the problems with the powerpc-vxworks target I've got a website http://newgcc4vxworks4ppc.cjb.net/ that should be of some service to you. There's a problem with the precompiled binary version at the moment (it has bad binutils in it) but the general FAQ advice should help.
