The original poster wants to create Solaris binaries using this cross-compiler, so please tell me how you manage to do that without the target, Solaris in this case, runtime installed? Having a cross compiler that cannot compile anything other than trivial code and cannot create binaries is of very limited use, if any. Let's not add to the confusion.
